If so, we are seeking aForklift Operator I, who is responsible for prepping shipments, loading, and unloading product, and supporting general warehouse operations using warehouse equipment. \nKey Accountabilities:\nOperate forklift, hand truck / warehouse carts, pallet jack, and/or other equipment in a professional and safe manner\nOrganize and prepare customer orders with a high degree of quality and accuracy \nTransfer supplies from department to department to meet production or shipping demand\nProperly store and label all materials and finished product\nMay prepare billing processes and paperwork for warehouse and drop ship orders\nMay be required to record transactions via computer in ERP system\nPerform cycle counting as required\nNotify leadership of non-compliant ware\nResponsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized to cGMP standards\nComply with all ISO standards\nSupport company and branch metrics\nFulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values\nOther tasks as required\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities: \nHigh school diploma or GED strongly preferred.\nPrior warehouse and forklift operator experience strongly preferred.\nRequired to take and pass the Company Forklift Certification program, which ensures you will be able to operate a forklift in accordance with Berlin Packaging’s safety guidelines.
