During your internship you will partner with your supervisor and other experienced team members to grow personally and professionally. This internship will provide you the opportunity to become familiar with a consulting firm, our systems, operations and client relationships.\nYou will be immersed in dynamic, in-person learning and get to connect with other interns and experience the company culture firsthand. This 10-week, full-time summer internship is based at our Portland, ME headquarters. Upon successful completion of the internship, and depending on business need, we offer ongoing employment opportunities with remote or hybrid options serving our clients across the nation. This internship provides a unique chance to connect, learn and grow with us - both in the office and potentially from wherever you are!\nWe haveinternshipopeningswith our Medicaid Practice group for:\nSummer session running from May 25, 2027 to August 6, 2027.\nIn order to be considered, you must include your unofficial academic transcription with your application.\nYou Will\nSupport one or more client projects with work such as written communication and analysis along with activities such as supporting client meetings, managing action items, and tracking and reporting on project progress.\nEngage in a supportive team environment to gain an understanding of consulting.\nFocus on your own development with your supervisor through learning objectives that align with BerryDunn’s consulting competencies.\nParticipate in new business development through activities such as research, supporting proposal content, or developing marketing materials.\nYou Have\nCurrently enrolled in a BS/MS Degree program in one of these areas: information systems, health analytics, or business management.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.\nRelevant work experience in one of the fields above is a plus.\nDrive and initiative to learn.\nDemonstrated experience in relationship building and teamwork.\nExcellent writing, communication, and computer skills.\nWillingness to travel.\nCompensation Details\nThe hourly rate for this role is $30 per hour. This rate range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final rate may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
