Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nArvato is seeking an Account Director, Data Center Logistics to lead and scale complex logistics operations supporting critical data center infrastructure globally. Reporting to the VP of Data Center Services, this role combines strategic leadership, operational execution, and customer-facing engagement across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role requires 25-50% travel to customer sites, partner facilities, and operational locations globally. This hybrid leadership role requires a minimum of two days per week onsite in Louisville, Kentucky. Candidates located within driving distance or a short direct flight are encouraged to apply.\nYOUR TASKS\nDevelop and execute the strategic vision for data center logistics and 3PL services, aligning capabilities with business growth objectives across global regions\nLead large-scale programs supporting data center deployments, operations, and asset lifecycle management\nEstablish KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks that drive operational excellence and scalability\nBuild and maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders across regions\nDevelop and present proposals, business cases, and service offerings that address complex, cross-border customer requirements\nLead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with global customers and partners\nOversee global relationships with manufacturers, transportation partners, and logistics providers; drive vendor performance and contract compliance\nLead strategic sourcing, inventory management, and supply chain planning for data center operations\nIdentify and mitigate operational and supply chain risks across multiple geographies and regulatory environments\nBuild, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across logistics, operations, and customer-facing functions\nInfluence organizational decision-making through data-driven insights and executive-level communication\nQualifications\n10+ years of progressive leadership in logistics, supply chain, or operations\nSignificant experience managing complex 3PL operations and logistics providers\nProven ability to develop executive-level proposals and lead customer-facing organizations\nWillingness to travel 25-50% across NA, EMEA, and APAC\nExperience supporting data center infrastructure, cloud, or mission-critical technology environments preferred\nKnowledge of data center equipment, asset lifecycle management, and associated logistics requirements is a plus\nPrior experience scaling operations in high-growth environments across multiple regions preferred\nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%.\nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays.\nFlexible Spending Accounts.\nVoluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nOngoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.\nCommuter benefits.\nEmployee engagement activities. \nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
