As a business that truly values the welfare of our employees, we focus on and promote work-life balance through various ways and measures to ensure and upkeep a high level of employee satisfaction throughout their careers.\nJob Description\nInternship Expectations:\nDevelop, test, debug, and document applications to satisfy business requirements and project objectives.\nResearch and evaluation of alternative solutions and recommend implementations.\nCollaborate with team members to estimate timelines and define project plans.\nEnsure application performance, quality, maintainability, and security expectations are achieved.\nApply best practices when delivering solutions.\nLearn and apply modern technologies, frameworks, development tools, and AI-assisted engineering practices.\nUnderstand and contribute towards the assigned project/ areas of learning.\nBe involved in the technical implementation of the assigned project/ areas of learning.\nUtilize AI-assisted development tools responsibly for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, research, and productivity improvement.\nComplete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines and quality expectations.\nCollaborate with the team and other stakeholders involved.\nParticipate in company-wide initiatives and events.\nReceive guidance and mentorship throughout the internship.\nBe open for a two-way feedback and coaching.\nBe our brand ambassador.\nQualifications\nWhat Must You Have:\nA Malaysian citizenship.\nBe an Undergraduate or Postgraduate who is in the final semester of your current Diploma/ Degree/ Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.\nA minimum of CGPA 3.2 and above.\nAn excellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nA strong team collaborative spirit with a growth mindset.\nPrimary requirement:\nKnowledge of at least one modern programming language, particularly Java or Python.\nFamiliarity with backend development frameworks such as Spring Boot, FastAPI, Django, Flask, or equivalent technologies.\nFamiliarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, jQuery, or React.\nBasic Database knowledge (Oracle / Postgres / MYSQL)\nExperience on HTML, CSS\nTools Knowledge requirement\nFamiliarity with development environments such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, VS Code, or equivalent IDEs.\nGIT\nFamiliarity with build tools and package managers such as Maven, Gradle, pip, or equivalent tools.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD platforms and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.\nAI & Modern Engineering Skills\nStrong interest in leveraging AI tools to improve software development productivity.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted coding, testing, debugging, documentation, code review, and research tools is an advantage.\nExposure to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or AI-powered development platforms is an added advantage.\nAdded Advantage\nGood Object Oriented design\nMVC concept\nMicroservices architectures\nCloud Technology experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)\nKnowledge of DevOps practices, containerization, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.\nSolid analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
