You ensure processes run smoothly and that your team clearly understands the daily goals and priorities.\nYou will manage a team of 20 to 30 warehouse employees, including pickers, packers and line leads, and report directly to the Supervisor.\nYour responsibilities include:\nCoordinating daily warehouse activities on the floor\n\nCoaching, guiding and motivating team members and line leads\n\nCreating daily workforce planning based on volumes and staffing\n\nMonitoring KPIs such as productivity and quality\n\nIdentifying bottlenecks and taking action when needed\n\nContributing to continuous improvement of warehouse processes\n\nEnsuring a safe, structured and efficient working environment\n\nYou work in a dynamic environment where volumes and priorities can change quickly. This makes your role varied and challenging and requires you to maintain a clear overview of the operation.\nWe’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Supervisor who wants to grow within a dynamic logistics environment.\nMBO level of education or equivalent\n\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role within logistics\n\nFluent in English\n\nExperience with WMS/ERP systems and Excel is a plus\n\nStrong coordination skills and the ability to maintain overview\n\nAmbition to grow and take on more responsibility\n\nThis role is ideal if you currently have limited growth opportunities and are ready for the next step in your career.\nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?\nExperience matters.
