You ensure processes run smoothly and that your team clearly understands the daily goals and priorities.\nYour responsibilities include:\nCoordinating daily warehouse activities on the floor;\nCoaching, guiding and motivating team members and line leads;\nCreating daily workforce planning based on volumes and staffing;\nMonitoring KPIs such as productivity and quality;\nIdentifying bottlenecks and taking action when needed;\nContributing to continuous improvement of warehouse processes;\nEnsuring a safe, structured and efficient working environment.\nYOUR PROFILE\nYou work in a dynamic environment where volumes and priorities can change quickly.
