You ensure that processes run smoothly and that your team clearly understands the daily goals.\nYou will manage a team of 20 to 30 warehouse employees, including pickers, packers and line leads. You report directly to the Supervisor.\nYour responsibilities include:\nCoordinating daily warehouse activities on the floor\nCoaching, guiding and motivating team members and line leads\nCreating daily workforce planning based on volumes and staffing\nMonitoring KPIs such as productivity and quality\nIdentifying bottlenecks and acting quickly when needed\nContributing to process improvements during the implementation phase\nYou work in a dynamic environment where new customers may still be added.
