Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nLocation: Slough, with regular travel to Corby and Birmingham sites\nSalary: £48,000 - £52,000 per annum\nHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday\nContract: Permanent, Full-Time\nJoin Arvato - Drive Change, Shape People Strategy and Make an Impact!\nAre you an experienced HR professional with a passion for delivering people-focused projects, driving organisational change and improving business performance?\nDo you enjoy working on initiatives that make a real difference, from TUPE transfers and business transformation to employee engagement and continuous improvement?\nAt Arvato, we're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Associate HR Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in delivering HR projects and people initiatives across our UK operations.\nBased primarily at our Slough site, with regular travel to Corby and Birmingham, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working beyond day-to-day HR activities and wants to make a broader impact on business performance and organisational development.\nWhat Will You Be Doing?\nAs our Associate HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with HR colleagues, operational leaders and key stakeholders to deliver people-related projects that support business growth, transformation and continuous improvement.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nHR Project Delivery: Leading and supporting a variety of HR projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively, on time and aligned with business objectives.\n\nOrganisational Change: Supporting business transformation programmes, restructures and organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective planning, communication and implementation.\n\nProcess Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, policies and ways of working, helping to create greater efficiency and consistency across sites.\n\nPeople Strategy: Working with HR leadership to translate business priorities into practical people initiatives that support operational performance.\n\nStakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with operational managers and senior leaders, providing guidance and influencing the successful delivery of people-related projects.\n\nEmployee Engagement: Developing and supporting initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, retention and workplace culture.\n\nWorkforce Planning: Contributing to projects focused on workforce planning, organisational structures, talent development and succession planning.\n\nHR Data & Reporting: Using people data, workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities, measure project success and support informed decision-making.\n\nCross-Site Collaboration: Working collaboratively with teams across Slough, Corby and Birmingham to ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR initiatives.\n\nQualifications\nWhat Are We Looking For?\nWe're looking for an HR professional who combines strong technical HR knowledge with excellent project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nTo be successful in this role, you'll need:\nPrevious experience in an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, HR Project Specialist or HR Business Partner role, with significant involvement in HR projects and change initiatives.\n\nDemonstrable experience delivering HR projects, organisational change or business improvement initiatives.\n\nStrong knowledge of UK employment legislation, particularly in relation to TUPE and organisational change.\n\nExperience working with multiple stakeholders and influencing managers and senior leaders.\n\nExcellent organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\n\nA proactive, solutions-focused and commercially aware approach.\n\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with colleagues at all levels.\n\nIdeally CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent relevant experience.\n\nA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites.\n\nIt would also be advantageous to have:\nExperience delivering HR projects within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or another operational environment.\n\nExperience supporting business transformation, mobilisation or integration projects.\n\nExperience working across multiple sites or within a complex organisational structure.\n\nAdditional Information\nAt Arvato, we believe our people are key to our success.
