Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nYour Tasks\nSupport invoice billing creation and review for distribution and transportation activities. \nCreate internal and external accrual files for financial month-end close activities. \nReview material purchases, usage, and operational consumption trends on a monthly and quarterly basis to support reporting, billing validation, and safety stock levels. \nPlan, compile, and deliver recurring and month-end reports to support business needs, financial close activities, and leadership decision-making. \nCompile, measure, and track client-specific KPIs and SLAs. \nExtract, cleanse, transform, validate, and reconcile data from SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, and other operational systems to support accurate reporting and analysis. \nMaintain reporting tools, dashboards, trackers, and source files used for operational, KPI, invoicing, and customer reporting. \nDocument KPI definitions, calculations, data sources, and reporting requirements; validate KPI outputs and investigate reporting variances. \nSupport FTZ-related reporting and analytics, including inbound, outbound, appointment, documentation timeliness, and SLA performance metrics. \nInterpret operational data and recommend improvements to distribution and supply chain processes. \nBuild ad hoc reports in a timely manner to help leadership identify trends and support decision-making. \nCollaborate with Operations, Service Delivery, IT, and customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into reporting solutions and actionable insights. \nAssist internal and external auditors, as well as internal stakeholders, with inquiries specific to the client program. \nIdentify and support opportunities to incorporate automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve account process efficiency. \nDevelop a strong understanding of business processes and systems to support continuous improvement and recommend best practices. \nDocument current-state and future-state processes. \nComplete assigned projects, reporting activities, and analysis requests in alignment with management priorities. \nPerform additional duties as assigned to support an efficient, safe, clean, and goal-oriented work environment. \nQualifications\nStrong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. \nSupply chain or logistics background. \nVery good to excellent Microsoft Excel skills. \nSAP experience preferred. \nStrong understanding of end-to-end data flows, including system inputs, outputs, and dependencies that impact operational reporting and analysis. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nAbility to work independently with limited supervision. \nStrong organizational and planning skills, including the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals, enforce deadlines, and reassess priorities as business needs change. \nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and internal and external stakeholders. \nAbility to create and maintain accurate, detailed records. \nDemonstrates strong critical and analytical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. \nDemonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and contributes to process optimization initiatives. \nBachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, analytics, data science, accounting, finance, or a similar field, or relevant experience is required. \nAt least two years of working experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, Business Development, or Project Development role.\nAbility to support a flexible schedule, including occasional after-hours availability, based on changing business needs and with or without advance notice. \nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay. \n401(k) with company matching up to 6%. \nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays. \nFlexible Spending Accounts. \nVoluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more. \nEmployee Assistance Program. \nOngoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training. \nCommuter benefits. \nEmployee engagement activities. \nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
