Are you looking for the freedom to implement your ideas and develop your strengths?\nThen join us in shaping the future of Europe's leading entertainment company.\nJob Description\nConduct strategic analyses, market assessments and participate in the elaboration of financial analyses (eg. competitive benchmarks).\nDevelop business cases and financial models.\nCollaborate with RTL Group affiliates to lead or coordinate cross-country strategic projects, monitor strategic initiative and ensure effective implementation.\nMonitor strategic initiatives and value creation plans.\nSupport M&A opportunities in line with the group-wide strategy.\nAlign with business development & strategy teams of RTL Group affiliates on innovation and market trends.\nPrepare Executive Committee and board of directors’ materials.\nWork alongside external advisors and consultants.\nQualifications\nUniversity degree (Master or equivalent) in business administration or economics with an outstanding academic track record.\nMinimum 2-4 years of professional experience in Business Development & Strategy, in an international context in a top tier consultancy firm, investment bank, private equity or an international corporation in the TMT sector.\nPrevious experience or a strong affinity for media, streaming, technology and digital business models.\nDynamic person with entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership (eg. keen and able to create added value not only for Business Development & Strategy but also for the overall business).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid project management and execution-oriented skills (eg. well-organized in managing tasks, project documentation)\nAbility to structure complex strategic questions.\nProven ability to build and maintain relationships at different levels in an organization.\nExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel).\nPerfect command of spoken and written English (CEFR level C2).
