As a Business Support Specialist in Lelystad, you'll play a key role at Arvato's newestTech location. You'll act as the link between Operations, IT, and the business, translating operational needs into practical solutions. If you enjoy working with systems, improving processes, and supporting end users in an international Tech environment, we'd love to hear from you.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Business Support Specialist, you are the key user for the Warehouse Management System and the link between Operations, IT, and the business. You ensure that the system supports the operation in the best possible way while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes.\nYour responsibilities include:\nActing as the key user and first point of contact for Warehouse Management System-related questions;\nSupporting Operations with system-related issues and identifying opportunities for improvement;\nCoordinating and testing system changes before implementation;\nTranslating operational needs into functional change requests for IT and other stakeholders;\nTraining and supporting end users on new system functionalities and processes;\nMonitoring system performance and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency;\nParticipating in projects focused on process optimization, system enhancements, and continuous improvement.\nYou will work in an international, highly automated Tech logistics environment where collaboration, accuracy, and operational excellence are key.\nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU\nExperience is important.
