Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nThe Client Services Representative will manage customer accounts, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. This role involves preparing and maintaining status reports, modifying schedules, and assisting the Account Manager with technical advice and problem-solving. Additionally, the representative will handle order management, inventory updates, and customer support for both international and domestic clients.\nYour Tasks:\nSupport end-to-end shipment tracking and follow established SOPs \nMonitor shipments using dashboards and identify open or aging items \nClassify delivery exceptions and follow defined resolution processes \nAssist with appointment scheduling and updates \nCommunicate with carriers using approved templates \nMaintain and retrieve shipment documentation (BOL, PRO, POD) \nCompile required documentation for cases and escalations with guidance \nPerform basic data checks for shipment accuracy \nUpdate systems with shipment status and notes \nDocument case activity with clear next steps and ownership \nCapture initial details for shortages, damages, or discrepancies (OS&D) \nFollow SOPs for returns, refusals, and reconsignment requests \nRecognize standard accessorial types \nProvide updates to internal stakeholders when requested \nFollow routing guides and SOPs for all clients \nEscalate issues according to defined processes \nQualifications\nAt least two years of Customer Service Experience \nAt least 2 years using Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced level experience in Excel required \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent \nMust display initiative and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment \nBachelors Degree \nMicrosoft Office experience in PowerPoint and Power BI \n3PL, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar experience preferred \nEcommerce experience preferred \nSAP knowledge \nProject management experience \nStrong organizational skills \nSolid analytical ability \nStrong verbal and written communication skills \nAdditional Information\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%. \nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays. \nFlexible Spending Accounts. \nVoluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more. \nEmployee Assistance Program. \nOngoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training. \nCommuter benefits. \nEmployee engagement activities. \nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
