You’ll play a key role in both project execution andservice operations, acting as a reference expert in your domain.\nProven proficiency with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), including the design andimplementation of Azure Landing Zones, and the ability to define the end to end approach for adoptingCAF across Azure tenants (governance, platform design, security, and operating model).\nDefine, review, and challenge Azure network architectures to ensure secure, scalable, and Cloud AdoptionFramework-aligned Landing Zone implementations.\nContribute to IT projects through business analysis, feasibility studies, architecture design, technicalplanning, and hands-on build activities.\nCoordinate and oversee external consultants.\nDefine and implement support and maintenance processes.\nEnsure quality documentation and smooth handover to operational teams.\nResolve incidents and service requests in collaboration with support teams.\nDeliver and organize end-user trainings.\nPropose and implement service improvement initiatives.\nContribute to defining and updating IT policies, SLAs, KPIs, and internal controls.\nSupport compliance processes including ISAE 3000 SOC reporting.\nPromote and support RTL Group’s IT strategy, particularly around Office 365, IAM, and Digital Workplacesolutions.\nCoordinate cross-departmental and cross-BU collaboration efforts.\nProactively enhance your own skills and keep up to date with technology trends.\nProvide training and mentorship to peers and colleagues.\nQualifications\nPassionate and experienced Cloud Architect who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborativemindset and the drive to innovate.\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.\nMicrosoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or similar certification.\n3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT and Azure Cloud technologies.\nProven track record working with Microsoft Azure across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments, includingcloud migration projects.\nProven proficiency with the CAF, including Azure Landing Zones, and experience designing the approachfor CAF adoption and Azure tenant platform foundations.\nStrong cloud networking expertise to design and challenge Azure networking implementations.\nStrong technical know-how across: Azure technologies (Integration Services, API Management, LogicApps, Azure Functions, Event Grid, etc.), cloud adoption strategies, Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint,OneDrive, Teams), Intune, Identity and Access Management (Active Directory, Entra), Power Platform andPowerShell scripting, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Cloud App Security.\nSolid understanding of network design and Azure-specific security objectives.\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake and/or AWS cloud services are considered strong assets.\nFamiliarity with IT Project and Service Management frameworks (PMI PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL).\nExcellent written and spoken English; French or German are considered assets.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nClient-oriented mindset, team player, flexible, pragmatic, and results-driven.\nCurious and enthusiastic about technological innovation and continuous learning.\nAdditional Information\nDigital Workplace Services (DWS) is an RTL Group central competence center responsible for Digital Workplaceand enterprise AI services, operating the Group’s Microsoft cloud, productivity, identity and automationplatforms.\nDWS manages the central Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, enterprisesecurity solutions and identity services based on Microsoft Entra.
