The CPM manages the portfolio for a vertical or sub-vertical and understands what products are in that portfolio and how they are deployed. The CPM also serves as a liaison and mediator between resource team members and stakeholders to ensure projects are done on time and to the desired specifications.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nLiaise with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives \nPrioritize projects and roadmaps based on intensity of effort, product management release initiatives, and resource availability \nManage routine project updates in QuickBase and communicate information in a timely manner to team and stakeholders \nCoordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information for assigned projects \nForecast risks for completing projects and identify potential solutions \nMonitor and track progress of projects in QuickBase and handle issues that may arise \nIdentify, report, and escalate risks or roadblocks to stakeholders and management as needed \nManage projects within budget and according to schedule, and communicate risks as appropriate \nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports in QuickBase \nMaintain accurate data in QuickBase \nPrepare, coordinate, and release modules to multiple platforms with accuracy \nPrepare, coordinate, and archive modules from multiple platforms with accuracy \nRun or present in multiple resource and stakeholder meetings each week \nMake recommendations to stakeholders on project execution strategies \nResolve Support Issue Tickets or escalate as appropriate \nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications\nYOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:\nBachelor’s Degree \n2+ years of coordinating or project management experience or equivalent experience working with Relias’ internal systems \nAbility to work under time constraints and deadlines \nStrong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with Content team and Product team \nAbility to troubleshoot problems \nAbility to work autonomously \nAbility to remain calm and diplomatic \nStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects \nAbility to mentor Project Coordinators \nAbility to build and run reports in QuickBase \nIT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU:\nProject Management Experience \nDatabase and data management (QuickBase preferred) \nAdditional Information\nRelias is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free workplace.
