Arvato is looking for a Control Tower Operator to join our Corby team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.\nAs a Control Tower Operator, you’ll act as a central point of coordination, monitoring operational activity, identifying issues and working with colleagues across the operation to ensure service levels and customer requirements are consistently achieved.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nMonitor daily operational activity and performance across the site.\nCoordinate and prioritise workflows to support the smooth running of the operation.\nIdentify operational issues, delays and exceptions and take appropriate action within our SAP WMS system.\nWork closely with warehouse, transport, planning and management teams to resolve issues.\nMonitor KPIs and operational data, highlighting trends and areas requiring attention.\nMaintain accurate records and provide clear and timely updates to relevant stakeholders.\nSupport the investigation and resolution of operational problems.\nEnsure processes and procedures are followed consistently.\nCommunicate effectively with internal teams and key stakeholders.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.\nQualifications\nWe're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and solution-focused, with excellent attention to detail.\nYou will ideally have:\nExperience in a logistics, warehouse, transport, supply chain or environment.\nExperience on WMS SAP- essential\nStrong communication and coordination skills.\nGood IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and other operational systems.\nThe ability to analyse information and identify issues quickly.\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills.\nA calm and professional approach when working under pressure.\nThe confidence to communicate with colleagues at all levels.\nA proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.\nAdditional Information\n25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays with the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days\nPension contribution\nA life assurance policy that pays out 4 x Salary\nEmployee Assistance Programme that provides you with confidential support, information, and advice to help you\nEmployee Discount Scheme through Benefit Hub\nFree car parking\nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
