Then this could be your next opportunity.\nAs a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruitment at our locations in Puttershoek and Lelystad. You will divide your week between both locations, working closely with managers and HR colleagues while acting as their main recruitment partner. This role calls for someone who is confident, comfortable making independent decisions and energised by stakeholder management in a dynamic environment.\nArvato is an innovative global 3PL partner specialising in supply chain management and e-commerce solutions. In Puttershoek, you will support a growing international fashion operation, while in Lelystad, you will contribute to the development of one of our newest logistics locations for a technology customer. We would love to hear from you.\nYOUR TASKS\nAs a Corporate Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment process for our locations in Puttershoek and Lelystad. You will advise hiring managers on the most effective recruitment approach, build talent pools and ensure vacancies are filled successfully. Drawing on your experience, you will manage expectations, challenge stakeholders when needed and attract the right candidates.\nYour responsibilities include:\nManaging the full recruitment process, from the initial intake to the employment offer.\n\nAdvising and challenging hiring managers on recruitment strategies, labour market developments and candidate selection.\n\nActively sourcing candidates and building talent pools for current and future vacancies.\n\nWorking with HR, sourcing and employer branding colleagues to reach the right target groups.\n\nContributing to improvements in recruitment processes, candidate experience and employer branding.\n\nWorking closely with the HR Advisors at both locations and being part of Arvato's central Recruitment Team.\n\nActing as the dedicated recruitment partner and first point of contact for managers in Puttershoek and Lelystad.\n\nVisiting our headquarters in Gennep approximately once a month for meetings, knowledge sharing and collaboration with colleagues.\n\nYou will typically spend two days per week in Puttershoek, two days in Lelystad and one day working from home.\nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?\nExperience matters, but your development does not stop at Arvato. Living within reasonable travelling distance of both locations would be an advantage.\nYou bring:\nHBO-level working and thinking ability, or equivalent.\n\nAt least five years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environment.\n\nExcellent command of English. Speaking Dutch is an advantage, but it is not a requirement.\n\nExperience managing vacancies independently and building strong relationships with stakeholders.\n\nExperience with sourcing and proactively approaching candidates.\n\nKnowledge of ATS systems and recruitment processes.\n\nAvailability to work at both the Puttershoek and Lelystad locations.\n\nA proactive, independent and results-oriented approach, combined with strong communication skills.\n\nExperience in logistics, supply chain or operations recruitment is an advantage.\n\nWHAT'S NEXT?\nOur recruitment process is quick and straightforward:\nTelephone screening with the recruiter.\n\nFirst interview and site tour.\n\nSecond interview.\n\nAssessment and case study.\n\nYou will receive an offer within 48 hours.\n\nArvato is an equal opportunities employer.
