Working with modern ERP and WMS systems, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure a seamless supply chain.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Customer Support Officer, you'll coordinate and monitor outgoing customer orders from start to finish. You'll ensure orders are delivered according to agreed service levels, proactively resolve operational issues, and work closely with internal teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly.\nYour responsibilities include:\nMonitoring outgoing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs);\nTracking transport exceptions and resolving operational issues through system analysis and coordination;\nAnalyzing operational data while monitoring KPIs, planning, and customer expectations;\nIdentifying discrepancies between incoming and outgoing orders and collaborating with colleagues to resolve them;\nSupporting continuous process improvements by proactively identifying and addressing operational deviations.\nYou'll become part of the Customer Support team within our Tech division. Together with your colleagues, you'll work closely with Warehouse Operations, Planning, Transport, and our international customers to ensure excellent service every day.\nYou'll primarily work during regular office hours.
