But behind every great system is an even greater team.\nWe foster a diverse, inclusive culture where people feel valued, supported, and set up to thrive.\nAnd our commitment to sustainability and responsibility is more than words its recognized by SIF, WWF, and Latvia's Inclusion and Diversity Charter.\nJob Description\nManage and implement technical customer onboarding and integrations with SOC platforms, including SIEM, Microsoft Azure, Defender, Splunk, and ITSM systems.\nConfigure, maintain, and continuously improve SOC security tools, monitoring platforms, and related cloud security services.\nApply technical expertise to implement and support core security technologies, including SIEM/SOAR platforms (Sentinel, Splunk), endpoint protection, and threat intelligence integrations.\nSupport the handling of critical-severity incidents by providing technical input, assisting escalation decisions, and ensuring appropriate response and follow-up actions.\nParticipate in threat hunting, threat intelligence, and security investigations, supporting incident response when required.\nDevelop and improve detection logic and security monitoring capabilities within SOC platforms.\nDevelop and maintain automations, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines to improve SOC detection and response efficiency.\nIdentify and implement improvements to SOC tools, detection logic, and operational processes.\nMaintain clear and accurate documentation of technical solutions, configurations, and SOC procedures.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of security controls, procedures, and best practices.\nQualifications\nUniversity degree or ongoing studies in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT roles such as SOC Analyst, Security Engineer, System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar positions.\nExperience analyzing security events using log data from systems such as SIEM, SOAR, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint tools, and network monitoring platforms.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and cloud security concepts.\nExperience developing and tuning detection rules, onboarding log sources, and supporting security monitoring use cases within SOC platforms.\nSolid understanding of incident response and security monitoring workflows, including alert triage, investigation, and escalation procedures.\nGood knowledge of Windows and Linux administration and system hardening fundamentals.\nUnderstanding of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, authentication mechanisms (MFA, SSO), and enterprise security principles.\nScripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) and experience working with APIs are considered an advantage.\nProactive approach to staying current with cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry best practices.\nVery good English language skills (minimum B2), required for communication across our international locations.\nCertifications (considered an advantage)\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)\nMicrosoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200)\nCompTIA Security+ or CySA+\nCCNA, Splunk, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications\nAdditional Information\nMonthly gross base salary from 2600 to 4700 EUR, depending on your level of expertise.\nHybrid way of working based on your preferences, with access to a cozy office in the center of Riga whenever needed. \nFamily-oriented company values and a healthy work-life balance, including 4 additional vacation days, birthday leave, the \"Happy Land\" space for children in the office, and more. \nIndividual development and learning plan, including an annual budget for external training. \nComprehensive health insurance, including dental and sports coverage. \nOpportunity to work in a trusting and supportive team environment, where your ideas and initiatives are welcomed and encouraged. \nFriendly, multicultural, and collaborative colleagues. \nReal impact doesn't need the spotlight - it needs the right people.
