(e.g. media, technology, digital, streaming or entertainment industry exposure.)\nProven experience leading complex, executive-level projects across multiple countries and business units.\nHighly entrepreneurial, able to navigate ambiguity and maintain a strong execution focus.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with Executive Committee and Board-level stakeholders.\nStrong strategic and analytical capabilities.\nPerfect command of spoken and written English (CEFR level C2).
