Join Relias, the company changing lives throughout the world by helping healthcare organizations improve their clinical and financial outcomes!\nJob Description\nThe Implementation Consultant is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new and existing customers for the implementation of multiple Relias products and solutions. The customer base will be small business customers with one or more Relias products and solutions. This role will manage customer onboarding from post-sale to launch and which will include the technical set up and configuration of Relias products, and management of the overall project plan.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nManage the customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions \nDeveloping detailed project plans, identifying scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plans \nUtilizing tools and project management practices to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication and collaboration, both internally and externally \nIdentifying and managing risks and issues, and working with internal teams for mitigation \nLead customer workshops and training sessions. \nProvide status reports to customer, and ensure project remains on schedule, within scope, and within budget \nDeveloping and fostering positive relationships and building rapport with customers \nUtilizing current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkits \nEnsure that project management database is kept up to date at all time is logged and project notes are complete \nConfigure contracted products and solutions to customer specifications \nProviding technical support to customers throughout the duration of the implementation as required \nConducting platform training sessions in various settings for internal and external customers as required \nAssist with developing process documentation for onboarding processes \nAssist with updating department SharePoint site \nAct as liaison to other departments as assigned \nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nYOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:\nBachelor’s Degree \n1 year in project management managing customer facing projects \n1 year implementing SaaS based products and solutions and delivering training \nExperience with project management tools, methodologies, and software \nAbility to effectively manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success\nAbility to understand a client's needs and challenges, assessing the fit for the solution(s), and building a foundation for successful engagements and a long-term relationship\nAbility and willingness to take independent action, show proactive behavior, and drive progress without being explicitly instructed or directed\nAbility to work effectively and harmoniously with others towards a common goal or objective utilizing the skills and attitudes necessary to engage, communicate, and cooperate with individuals or groups, fostering an inclusive and productive work environment\nAbility to understand and effectively utilize the features, functionalities, and tools of Relias Products.\nAbility to effectively implement, integrate, and optimize artificial intelligence technologies within business processes\nIT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU:\nCAPM or PMP certification preferred (or working towards) \nExperience in a healthcare setting or onboarding healthcare customers \nTechnical Knowledge of common application integrations (Text File, SSO, API/Web Services) \nAdditional Information\nRelias is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free workplace.
