Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nArvato is seeking an Inbound Clerk to coordinate and manage Domestic and International loads, ensuring smooth yard management and accurate documentation. This role involves tracking shipments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining open communication with clients, carriers, and third-party vendors to drive receiving workflows according to priorities and service level agreements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of troubleshooting issues while ensuring compliance with bill of lading procedures and maintaining organized records.\nYour Tasks\nCoordinates and schedules Domestic and International loads.\nCoordinates Yard Management workflow for all container and trailer logs.\nOpen communication with all parties via phone calls and email for the receiving office.\nManage office supplies and department needs.\nTrack shipments and report discrepancies to the service delivery team.\nEnsure proof of deliveries are properly filed and available for all shipments.\nAct as liaison for client, 3rd party vendors, and carriers.\nBuild Receiver envelopes by container and trailer numbers to track deliveries.\nDrive the receiving flow by priorities and service level agreements.\nOrganize and file all documentation.\nUpdate and notify of issues or concerns on deliveries.\nFollow bill of lading procedures for all documentation.\nTroubleshooting overages, shortages, and damages.\nWork schedule: A-shift - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday - 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, and every other Saturday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm - some overtime is required \n Work location: 3540 South Preston Highway, Shepherdsville, Kentucky 40165\nQualifications\nDistribution Center or Manufacturing experience, preferred and SAP knowledge\nBasic computer skills in Microsoft Outlook email for daily communication.\nExcellent communication skills: reading, writing, speaking fluently in English\nMust have good attendance, be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently\nAdaptable to new work assignments with the ability to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shift as required.\nKnowledge of 6S, ISO 9001 2008/2015 not required but would be a plus\nSkill set desired but not required: Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, ASQ Certifications, Spanish, distribution experience, and operations experience.\nInbound or Outbound preferred with SAP knowledge\nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%\nPaid Time Off (PTO), including paid holidays\nFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)\nVoluntary benefits, including legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nOngoing professional development opportunities, including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training\nCommuter benefits\nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
