This is a great opportunity to take ownership of daily performance while driving collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency within a fast-paced environment.\nJob Description\nArvato Supply Chain Solutions is hiring for team-oriented Inbound Team Lead to assist the Supervisors in the daily operations of the Department. In this role, you will be able to demonstrate your leadership abilities by overseeing operations in partnership with your supervisor, monitor and assign daily work to warehouse associates, track transactions created by personnel, and oversee the area operations.\nYOUR TASKS\nBe the expert in RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems\nBe knowledgeable of all areas of operations and the links between them\nCoordinate with various ops teams (Control tower, Inventory Control, Transportation, Inbound, Pick/Pack, Shipping, Service Delivery) to ensure daily adherence to performance targets is met\nMonitor area activity and communicate all risks of missed targets to the Supervisors\nCoordinate and prepare a recovery plan for at-risk targets with Supervision\nCommunicate exceptions identified by teams to the Account Team (ie, Inbound damage, missing part numbers)\nFollow up on issues as needed\nWork with the local team to identify areas of improvement and report daily efficiency\nMonitor inventory levels of consumables (boxes, packing slips, etc.) Create requisitions in SAP as needed\nOversee personnel in a professional manner\nInvestigate and repair exceptions (Over, Under, Missing, Damages etc)\nAssigns cycle counts as needed\nBe flexible with shift hours as needed \nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nDemonstrated receive experience in a fast paced distribution center environment\nProven leadership experience\nProblem solving, decision making, planning and organizational skills\nExcellent communication skills\nProficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nSafety knowledge\nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%.\nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays.\nFlexible Spending Accounts.\nVoluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nOngoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.\nCommuter benefits.\nEmployee engagement activities. \nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
