You will investigate how our invoices are structured and to what extent they align with the activities and processes that actually take place on the work floor.\nAmong other things, you will map out:\nWhich activities are carried out on the work floor and how they are invoiced;\nHow an invoice is created and which steps and data are involved;\nHow we can make the invoicing process more traceable and easier to verify.\nBased on your research, you will develop a clear work instruction that describes step by step how an invoice is structured, how it can be checked, and what information is needed to substantiate the invoicing.\nYOUR PROFILE\nYou are pursuing a Bachelor's degree at a university of applied sciences (HBO) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field;\nYou have an affinity with numbers, data, and financial topics;\nEnglish is the working language of the team, so proficiency in English is a plus;\nYou work in a structured and accurate manner and enjoy digging into a question until you get to the core of the issue;\nYou have a proactive attitude.\nWE OFFER\nAn internship allowance of €700 based on a 40-hour working week;\nTravel expense reimbursement;\nGuidance from experienced colleagues who will teach you all about financial and logistics processes;\nA dynamic learning environment within an international logistics organisation.\nAre you excited about this opportunity?
