Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nAs an Inventory Supervisor at Arvato, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and inventory accuracy across all warehouse functions. This position requires a hands-on leader who can oversee shipping, receiving, and traffic management while collaborating with multiple departments to maintain seamless workflows. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for optimizing processes, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our supply chain operations.\nYOUR TASKS\nOverseeing inventory management activities, including the coordination of shipping, receiving, and traffic management\nWork closely with all departments to coordinate inventory-related tasks and maintain order accuracy\nMonitoring and evaluating employee performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback\nDevelop and maintain cycle count and inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels\nDocument, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards\nMaintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency\nUpdate and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), Kronos, and relevant metrics in Excel\nConduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment\nAPICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification preferred\nProficiency with SAP, WMS, and other warehouse management systems\nStrong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Windows operating systems\nExcellent mathematical skills for inventory analysis and management\nKnowledge of traffic coordination and experience managing large volumes of orders\nExperience with Cherry Picker/Reach Truck operation\nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%.\nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays.\nFlexible Spending Accounts.\nVoluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nOngoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.\nCommuter benefits.\nEmployee engagement activities. \nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
