In this role, you will be able to demonstrate your leadership abilities by overseeing operations in partnership with your supervisor, monitor and assign daily work to warehouse associates, track transactions created by personnel, and oversee the pick/pack operation.\nYour Tasks\nThe Inventory Lead performance objectives through timely and effective distribution resource management and response to variable priorities, volume and business conditions \nDevelops and maintains operations planning and controls to enhance and improve finished goods distribution along with the handling, warehousing, and disbursement of raw materials \nInterprets company policies to employees and enforces safety regulations \nEstablishes or adjusts work schedules to meet shipment deadlines \nInitiates or suggests plans to motivate employees \nEstablishes or adjusts cycle counts program to ensure compliance with annual requirements\nQualifications\nExperience with SAP\nMust be able to lift up to 60 pounds overhead \nMay have to reach heights up to 40 feet using a lift truck, order picker, or Turret truck \nMust be able to climb and stack cartons at a height of 15 feet \nMust be able to push and pull pallet jacks with weight ranges up to 1500 pounds \nMay work with hazardous materials \nRequires ability to stand/reach/stoop/bend \nManufacturing Environment / Warehouse Setting \nStand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of your shift \nAbility to work in a non-climate controlled environment \nTravel: Not required \nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%.\nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays.\nFlexible Spending Accounts.\nVoluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nOngoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.\nCommuter benefits.\nEmployee engagement activities.\nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
