This role will also implement and support information technology integrations and initiatives set by the company that may require a flexible schedule, longer hours, and possible domestic and/or international travel.\nYour Tasks\nFacilitates communication between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources within the organization. \nResponsible for representing the US IT department as needed for client or site specific security audits or requests. \nResponsible for supporting and managing any location expansions for existing building or new building in geographic location. \nProvides aid in “hands on” resource with several technical disciplines if necessary. \nCoordinate with vendor responsible for global desk, incident and problem management processes, with key focus on any US topics. Responsible for local onsite resources to address any gaps or performance issues. \nEnsure all hardware, software, and database security problems are solved in a timely and efficient manner, including overseeing disaster recovery operations and involved personnel. \nParticipate in the development strategic plans and implement the objectives of the information technology needs of the solution group to ensure the computer capabilities are responsive to the needs of the solution group's growth and objectives.
