This role involves analyzing current logistics processes, developing innovative solutions, and implementing new technologies to optimize the movement and storage of goods. This role will partner with different departments and stakeholders to identify, implement and achieve operational efficiency.\nYOUR TASKS\nUtilize data analytics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within the production process. \nUsing Data analytics to create greenfield solutions or optimizing brownfield.\nDevelop data-driven solutions to optimize operational workflows and material handling systems.\nAnalyze current processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. \nDevelop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. \nDesign and optimize material flow strategies to ensure efficient and timely movement of materials. \nCollaborate with procurement, inventory, and production teams to streamline supply chain operations. \nIdentify opportunities for automation to enhance productivity and reduce manual labor. \nEvaluate and implement automation technologies, including robotics and automated systems. \nAnalyze labor requirements and forecast headcount needs based on production demands. \nDevelop staffing plans to ensure optimal workforce utilization. \nLead and manage cross-functional projects to drive process improvements and operational excellence. \nDevelop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. \nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with at least 5-7 years of experience. \nProven experience in data analytics, process improvement, and material flow management. \nStrong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. \nExperience with automation technologies and systems integration. \nProficient in AutoCAD.\nProficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI,) and process mapping for operational processes. \nExcellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. \nEffective communication and interpersonal skills. \nFamiliarity with robotics and advanced automation technologies. \nMaster's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. \nCertification in Lean Six Sigma or related continuous improvement methodologies preferred.\nExperience with ERP systems and inventory management software preferred.\nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%.\nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays.\nFlexible Spending Accounts.\nVoluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nOngoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.\nCommuter benefits.\nEmployee engagement activities. \nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
