We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, playing a key role in leading our warehouse operation and ensuring exceptional service for our customers.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams while driving operational excellence.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAs an Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading a team to safely deliver daily operational targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:\nLeading, motivating and developing a team to achieve operational KPIs.\nDriving a positive culture focused on safety, engagement and continuous improvement.\nMonitoring productivity, quality and service levels to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.\nManaging staffing levels, performance, attendance and employee development.\nWorking collaboratively with internal departments to resolve operational challenges.\nSupporting process improvements and implementing best practice across the operation.\nEnsuring compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies.\nProducing and analysing operational reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\nQualifications\nWhat we’re looking for:\nYou’ll be an enthusiastic people leader with experience supervising warehouse or logistics operations.
