Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nAs the Outbound Supervisor at Arvato, your primary objective will be to ensure the timely completion of orders, aligning with our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Collaborating closely with Wave Panning, you'll manage labor resources effectively while prioritizing orders with precision.\nYOUR TASKS\nSupervise and manage the labor and equipment of the Pick/Pack/Ship operation.\nEnsure on-time completion and maintain the quality of orders to meet customer requirements. \nYou will oversee direct shipping, pick, pack, and traffic.\nSupervise and coordinate the activities of employees. \nReceiving of materials.\nTransferring of materials.\nHire and ensure proper training of new employees for the picking, packing, and shipping departments.\nEnsure proper procedures are adhered to and up to date for the control tower for current and new customers.\nPerformance management of all employees (KPI’s).\nDocument, update, and ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.\nMaintain supplies and equipment levels for the department.\nMonitor and adhere to customer requests and vendor-specific shipping requirements.\nUpdate and maintain Kronos and Metrics in Excel, as it relates to WMS reporting.\nMonitor picking, packing, and shipping functions on the floor.\nEnsure that shift-end specific procedures with all shipping systems are completed, and floor end-of-shift close-outs are followed.\n Work schedule: Mon-Fri 5:30 pm-2:00 am\nQualifications\n3 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.\nA bachelor’s Degree is preferred.\n3 years in a WMS environment.\nExperience with inventory research.\nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%.\nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays.\nFlexible Spending Accounts.\nVoluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nOngoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.\nCommuter benefits.\nEmployee engagement activities. \nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
