Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nThe Outbound Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Shipping department. Including all product initially received through the warehouse and the handling of all paperwork pertaining to that merchandise. Tracks performance and attendance for all personnel assigned to the shipping area. This position is also responsible for safety, organization and cleanliness.\nYOUR TASKS\nLeading and supervising a team of warehouse associates during the outbound process.\nAssigning work and monitoring productivity to ensure daily shipping goals are met.\nOverseeing order picking, packing, staging, and loading of outbound shipments.\nEnsuring orders are accurate, complete, and shipped according to customer and carrier requirements.\nMonitoring labor allocation and adjusting staffing based on workload and priorities.\nCoaching, training, and developing team members while providing performance feedback.\nEnforcing safety policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.\nInvestigating and resolving shipping errors, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues.\nCoordinating with Inventory Control, Inbound, Transportation, Quality, and Operations leadership to maintain workflow.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n1- 2 years' experience\nDemonstrated Shipping experience in a fast paced distribution center environment\nProficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nSafety knowledge\nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%\nPaid Time Off (PTO), including paid holidays\nFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)\nVoluntary benefits, including legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nOngoing professional development opportunities, including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training\nCommuter benefits\nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
