Then join us in shaping the future of Europe's leading entertainment company.\nJob Description\nEnsure all payroll-related tasks, including administration, salary calculation, and timely payment of wages,social security contributions, and taxes\nManage payroll processes autonomously, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and respect of deadlines\nHandle monthly tax and social security declarations, as well as annual obligations and support duringfiscal controls\nParticipate in the follow-up of early retirement dossiers\nEnsure the administration and payment of supplementary pension schemes\nContribute to the implementation and monitoring of applicable labor, social security, and tax regulations\nSupport continuous improvement of HR administration and payroll processes\nParticipate in the preparation and monitoring of the personnel budget\nProvide payroll-related data for accounting closings (accruals, reconciliations, provisions, etc.)\nLiaise with external auditors to ensure proper audit support for HR Services\nParticipate in the customization and improvement of HRIS tools\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with solid professional experience in payroll administration inLuxembourg\nStrong knowledge of payroll accounting (provisions, budgeting, cost accounting, etc.)\nFamiliar with at least one payroll tool; experience with HR Information Systems is considered an asset\nAdvanced Excel skills\nFluent in French and English (written and spoken); German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset\nAble to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and reliability\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines\nTeam player with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nAdditional Information\nYou will be part of the HR team, a dedicated team of around 10 HR specialists.
