Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nArvato is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex customer and internal projects within our Healthcare business.\nIn this role, you will manage projects from requirements definition and planning through implementation, stabilization, and closure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, risks and dependencies, and serve as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders.\nWe are looking for someone who combines strong project management and customer orientation with a data-driven and digital mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable using analytics to support decisions, understands the opportunities created by AI and automation, and is interested in applying new technologies to improve how projects and operations are managed.\nYOUR TASKS\nLead projects from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and successful handover.\nDevelop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.\nEnsure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, quality, timeline, and budget.\nTranslate customer and business requirements into clearly defined project activities and work packages.\nCoordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.\nIdentify risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution and escalation.\nEstablish effective project governance, status meetings, reporting, documentation, and decision-making processes.\nApply structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis to resolve issues and keep projects on track.\nBuild strong working relationships across Operations, IT, Engineering, Solution Design, Quality, Finance, Key Account Management, and other relevant functions.\nUse project and operational data to monitor performance, identify trends and deviations, and support fact-based decisions.\nDevelop and interpret KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting to create transparency around project progress.\nUse analytical tools such as Power BI to support project management, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.\nAnalyze and validate data to identify root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nTranslate data and analytical findings into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.\nCollaborate with Data Analytics, IT, and functional experts when more advanced analysis is required.\nApply a practical understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies to project and business challenges.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, improve, redesign, or automate project and operational processes using AI and digital solutions.\nUse approved AI-enabled tools to support activities such as analysis, information synthesis, project documentation, risk identification, and process improvement.\nWork with business, technology, data, and AI experts to evaluate potential use cases and translate business needs into practical solutions.\nSupport the adoption of new digital tools by sharing effective approaches and helping teams incorporate them into their daily work.\nStay curious about emerging technologies and continuously develop your own digital and AI capabilities.\nQualifications\nDemonstrated experience successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects.\nStrong project planning, organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to interpret data and turn insights into practical business decisions and actions.\nExperience using project-management and Microsoft 365 productivity tools.\nWorking knowledge of data visualization and analytical tools such as Power BI, or demonstrated ability to quickly develop these capabilities.\nPractical understanding of AI and generative AI and an interest in applying emerging technologies to improve project management and business processes.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with customers, operational teams, subject-matter experts, and senior stakeholders.\nAbility to lead and influence across functional teams without relying solely on formal authority.\nStrong customer orientation and a high level of ownership and accountability.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or another regulated environment preferred.\nExperience managing implementations involving operational processes, technology, customer integrations, warehousing, or logistics solutions preferred.\nExperience working with SAP or SAP-enabled business processes; hands-on SAP experience is preferred.\nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%.\nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays.\nFlexible Spending Accounts.\nVoluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nOngoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.\nCommuter benefits.\nEmployee engagement activities.\nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
