Do you enjoy taking ownership, solving challenges and delivering projects that make a real difference?\nAt Arvato, we're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Project Manager to join our team at Hams Hall.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to lead projects across our UK operations, working with multiple stakeholders to drive improvements, deliver change and support our continued growth.\nWe're looking for someone who understands the pace and complexity of logistics, manufacturing or distribution and has the experience to turn plans into results.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLeading and delivering projects from initial planning through to successful implementation.\n\nManaging project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.\n\nDriving operational improvements, efficiencies and change initiatives.\n\nWorking closely with operational teams, senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business.\n\nIdentifying project risks, resolving challenges and keeping delivery on track.\n\nMonitoring performance, tracking milestones and providing clear project updates.\n\nSupporting the successful implementation of new processes, systems and operational solutions.\n\nTravelling to other UK sites as required to support project delivery.\n\nQualifications\nPrevious Project Management experience within logistics, manufacturing or distribution is essential.\nYou'll also bring:\nA proven track record of successfully delivering projects within a fast-moving operational environment.\n\nStrong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience managing multiple priorities and working to demanding deadlines.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nThe confidence to challenge existing processes and influence positive change.\n\nA hands-on, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.\n\nA willingness to travel across our UK sites when required.\nWhy Join Arvato?\nAt Arvato, we're more than a logistics provider.
