You are responsible for delivering projects successfully within scope, timeline and budget.\nYou work at the intersection of operations, engineering and IT, including warehouse mechanization and system integrations.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Project Manager, you lead implementation projects from start to go-live. You coordinate different workstreams and make sure teams, stakeholders and suppliers work together effectively.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nLeading implementation projects such as new warehouse sites, customer implementations and warehouse automation;\nManaging multidisciplinary project teams with multiple workstream leads;\nMonitoring project planning, scope and budget;\nIdentifying and managing operational, technical and commercial risks and escalations;\nReporting to and advising the steering committee;\nYou work closely with operations, engineering, IT and external suppliers and act as the main contact for customers during implementations.\nYou report to the Head of Logistics Engineering and work in a team of experienced project professionals responsible for logistics implementations within Arvato.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for a Project Manager with experience in logistics implementations within a 3PL environment.\nYou also recognize yourself in the following:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical or logistics field;\nAt least 5 years of experience with implementation projects in large 3PL warehouses;\nExperience with project management methodologies such as Prince2;\nExperience with warehouse mechanization and/or IT integrations is a strong plus;\nStrong stakeholder management skills (customers, suppliers and internal teams);\nExcellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus);\nYou are decisive, resilient and results-driven.\nNice to have:\nExperience with warehouse automation systems such as Autostore, shuttle or highbay.\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU\nAt Arvato, you work in an environment where logistics technology, automation and international collaboration are key.\nWhat makes this role unique is that you work on launching full warehouse operations, including processes, systems and automation.\nWe also offer:\nA gross monthly salary between €4,076 and €7,045 based on 40 hours, depending on experience;\nElectric lease car;\nAn initial 12-month contract with the opportunity to transition to a permanent contract;\nBonus scheme depending on company performance and personal objectives;\n25 vacation days based on a 40-hour work week;\nAdditional leave options: buy up to one extra week of vacation and 3 additional “sick-free” days;\nAn attractive pension scheme;\nEmployee Benefits @ Work (discounts on various products and services);\nGym discount and bike plan;\nAn active employee association with informal activities and team events.\nAdditional Information\nWHAT’S NEXT\nOur process is fast and straightforward:\n1.
