Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nThe QA Inspector ensures product quality and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment by performing inspections, monitoring processes, and supporting production operations. This role works closely with Operations and Quality leadership to meet customer specifications, maintain service levels, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to all safety and quality standards.\nYOUR TASKS\nMeet daily quality inspection goals for assigned programs.\nPerform work accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner.\nEnsure orders are completed on time and meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and service-level expectations.\nPerform inspections and record results using appropriate systems and documentation.\nIdentify, document, and escalate quality issues, non-conforming materials, and process risks.\nAssist with the control, processing, and disposition of non-conforming materials in accordance with established procedures.\nSupport QMS compliance activities, including data entry, CARs, and non-conformance investigations.\nVerify the use of approved materials, documentation, and quality control procedures throughout production.\nPerform batch record reviews and coordinate issues with Leads, Managers, and cross-functional teams.\nAssist with shipping activities, receiving inspections, and other operational support as needed.\nCollaborate with Operations and Quality Leadership to support production planning, quality objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify minor differences in materials\nQuality-focused mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and support corrective actions\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and data entry\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\nBasic math skills for counting and verifying material quantities\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain reliable attendance\nFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities, schedules, and work assignments\nPreferred experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment\nPreferred familiarity with warehouse management or inventory systems (e.g., SAP)\nPreferred knowledge of quality standards or continuous improvement methodologies, such as ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar programs\nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%\nPaid Time Off (PTO), including paid holidays\nFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)\nVoluntary benefits, including legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nOngoing professional development opportunities, including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training\nCommuter benefits\nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
