Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nThe Regional Security Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's physical security strategy to protect employees, visitors, facilities, assets, and operations. This role leads security personnel, manages security technologies, ensures compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements, conducts risk assessments, and coordinates emergency response and business continuity efforts.\nYOUR TASKS\nImplement and maintain comprehensive physical security policies, procedures, and standards.\nManage enterprise physical security programs across multiple facilities.\nConduct periodic security assessments and recommend improvements to reduce risk.\nOversee daily security operations and contract security personnel.\nMonitor security performance and ensure compliance with established service levels.\nManage incident response, investigations, and corrective actions.\nCoordinate after-hours emergency response and crisis management activities\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate physical security risks.\nConduct vulnerability assessments and security audits.\nDevelop mitigation strategies for emerging threats.\nSupport enterprise risk management initiatives.\nAccess Control & Security Technology\nManage access control systems, visitor management systems, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarm monitoring.\nOversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades of security technologies.\nPartner with IT on integrated security systems and cybersecurity considerations affecting physical security.\nMaintain emergency response procedures.\nCoordinate emergency drills, evacuations, and crisis response exercises.\nServe as a member of the Emergency Response or Crisis Management Team.\nSupport business continuity and disaster recovery planning.\nLead or coordinate investigations involving theft, workplace violence, vandalism, fraud, policy violations, and other security incidents.\nPrepare investigation reports and recommend corrective actions.\nCoordinate with Human Resources, Legal, and law enforcement, as necessary.\nVendor & Contract Management\nManage security service providers and vendor relationships.\nManage security budgets and monitor expenditure.\nEnsure contract compliance and service quality.\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and industry standards.\nSupport internal and external audits.\nMaintain documentation related to security operations and regulatory requirements.\nDeliver security awareness training for employees.\nTrain security personnel on procedures, emergency response, and customer service.\nPromote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.\nSupervise security supervisors, officers, or contracted security teams.\nMeasure performance and conduct evaluations.\nMentor team members and support professional development.\nQualifications\nAt least 5 years of progressive experience in physical security, law enforcement, military, or corporate security management.\n3-5 years of leadership or management experience.\nExperience managing contract security services.\nStrong knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and security technologies.\nExperience conducting investigations and incident management.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and security management software.\nExperience in healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, higher education, or corporate environments preferred.\nKnowledge of OSHA requirements preferred.\nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%.\nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays.\nFlexible Spending Accounts.\nVoluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nOngoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.\nCommuter benefits.\nEmployee engagement activities. \nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
