In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with business, operations and centralized teams to create and optimize workflow processes. You'll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing bugs. Initiatives include creating new solutions and proof of concept, as well as implementing existing solutions to additional teams adapting where needed.\nYOUR TASKS\nProvide guidance with process design for new process designs and implementation of established solution across teams/clients with connections to overall IT system solutions, especially SAP\nDesign, develop, and test automation workflows\nDeploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools\nSupport the launch and implementation of RPA solutions - as well as daily support where necessary\nCreate process and end-user documentation and train users when necessary\nAssure the quality of the automation (QA processes)\nMonitor automation performance and impact of automation to costs and resources\nAlign with company governance and ISMS guidelines for all solutions and data handling policies\nWork with cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.\nWork directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.\nCollaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.\nSupport deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.\nMaintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.\nAny additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal-oriented work environment\nThis job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of duties and responsibilities, the Company reserves the right to change or modify the job description at any time, with or without notice.\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
