As part of the Security Coordinator team, you’ll play an important role in building, maintaining and continuously improving the security organization for both our existing and new locations.\nWe are looking for a full-time Security Coordinator who enjoys working in a dynamic, multi-site environment and is willing to travel between our different locations throughout the Netherlands. You’ll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, identify potential risks and contribute to safe, secure and compliant operations across all locations.\nThis is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, connecting people and processes, and continuously looking for ways to improve.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Security Coordinator, you play an important role in ensuring that security is embedded in our daily operations. Your main focus will be on security systems and technology, while also supporting operational security activities across our locations in the Netherlands. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure our security measures are effective, compliant and continuously improving.\nA key part of your role is coordinating and maintaining security systems, including CCTV, detection and alarm systems, and access control. You’ll ensure these systems meet operational needs, remain up-to-date and contribute to a safe and secure working environment. In addition, you’ll help translate security requirements into practical processes and procedures that support our daily operations.\nYour responsibilities will also include:\nCoordinating external security suppliers and ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of security systems;\nSupporting security operations and ensuring compliance with internal policies, external requirements and relevant security standards;\nSupporting and coordinating audits, risk assessments and security certifications, including TAPA-A;\nIdentifying potential security risks and reporting findings and recommendations to the Security Manager and relevant stakeholders;\nContributing to the implementation of our security strategy, as well as business continuity and crisis management activities.\nThroughout your role, you’ll collaborate with colleagues from different departments, customers and external partners to ensure a consistent approach to security across our locations.
