As a Security Coordinator in Lelystad, you’ll play an important role in building and developing the security organization at our new 80,000 m² Tech location.\nWe are open to both part-time and full-time candidates. For candidates available full-time, there may also be an opportunity to combine this role with additional responsibilities in Quality.\nYou’ll work across security processes, systems, compliance and risk management, making sure security requirements are translated into practical solutions. You’ll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, identify potential risks and contribute to a safe, secure and compliant operation from day one.\nThis is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, connecting people and processes, and continuously looking for ways to improve.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Security Coordinator, you help ensure that security is embedded in our daily operation. You’ll work across three key areas: security organization, systems & technology, and compliance.\nYour responsibilities include:\nCoordinating operational security activities and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements;\nCoordinating security systems such as CCTV, detection and alarm systems, and access control;\nTranslating operational requirements into clear processes, procedures and administration;\nSupporting and coordinating audits and helping to maintain and improve security standards;\nIdentifying risks through risk assessments and reporting findings and recommendations to the Security Manager and relevant stakeholders;\nCoordinating, planning and managing external security suppliers;\nSupporting the implementation of the security strategy within the operation;\nContributing to business continuity and crisis management activities;\nMaintaining and supporting relevant security certifications, including TAPA-A;\nWorking closely with internal departments, customers, suppliers and other external stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to security.\nAs this is a new location, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes and help establish a strong security organization from the start.\nWHAT DO WE OFFER?\nAt Arvato, you can continue to grow.
