As a (Senior) Account Manager, you will own and drive revenue growth within a defined territory and customer portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, helping them solve complex regulatory and business challenges through EXTEDO's software and services.
Job Description
- Drive new business acquisition and develop existing customer relationships
- Identify and qualify opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotech organizations and agencies
- Manage complex B2B software sales cycles from first contact through contract negotiation and closing
- Collaborate closely with Consulting, Product Management and Customer Success
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts in CRM
- Represent EXTEDO at industry events, conferences and customer meetings
- Bring customer insights into the organization to continuously improve our solutions and offerings
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand evolving business needs
- Act as the primary commercial escalation point for customer concerns and critical issues and coordinate them internally
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, solution sales or consultative B2B sales
- Experience within Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Clinical, Medical Device, Compliance or related industries
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue target
- Ability to engage and influence both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales forecasting
- Proven experience managing strategic or enterprise customer accounts
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex customer situations and commercial escalations
