Having a deep understanding of the underlying data, being able to spot and correct errors in financially relevant system interfaces used for material consumption, and sharing key financial insights through interactive visual dashboards is core to this position.\nYOUR TASKS\nProvides consultancy advisement in business modeling and feasibility analysis to support strategic decision-making in day-to-day operations decisions, and for new business proposals.\nCollects, reports and provides financial comparison analysis on global programs.\nDevelops and maintains various reports for Management, Business partners and the Clients, including databases used for report visualizations.\nMonitors material inventory consumption and ERP system interfaces.\nProcess and escalate anomalies with stakeholders to find a resolution.\nUtilize SAP for cost allocation input to ensure that costs are accurately distributed across various departments, projects, or cost centers.\nCollects, reports and provides financial comparison analysis on global programs.\nAudits and reports key performance data of clients.\nEvaluates price calculations and cost implications on the business.\nDevelops various reports for management, business partners and the clients.\nAssists with the creation of the annual financial plan, program budgets etc. Generates department or business unit budgets based on plans, and provides analysis of those budgets. Interprets budgets and underlying budget assumptions.\nAudits and helps refine or develop improved processes to ensure efficiency and internal controls.\nSupports the monthly closing process by analyzing preliminary P&L’s for errors and deviations to forecast and provides comparative analysis.\nAssists the team during peak periods in all aspects of running the business as needed.\nQualifications\nMinimum 4 years Financial Planning and Analysis experience.\nUniversity degree in Business or Finance; MBA preferred. \nAnalytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.\nProficient in MS Office - Highly proficient at EXCEL.\nOrganizational and planning skills, including ability to: prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals and enforce deadlines, while maintaining flexibility to reassess and prioritize goals.\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
