Join Relias, the company changing lives throughout the world by helping healthcare organizations improve their clinical and financial outcomes!\nJob Description\nThe Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new and existing customers for the implementation of multiple Relias products and solutions. The customer base will be mid-market and enterprise healthcare customers with one or more Relias products and solutions. This role will manage customer onboarding from post-sale to launch and which will include the technical set up and configuration of Relias products, and management of the overall project plan.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nManage the customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions\nCommanding and driving internal resources across Relias, including but not limited to technical, clinical, change management, and account management teams\nDeveloping detailed project plans, identifying scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plans\nUtilizing tools and project management practices to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication and collaboration, both internally and externally o Identifying and managing risks and issues, and working with internal teams for mitigation\nLead project reviews, provide status reports, and ensure project remains on schedule, within scope, and within budget\nDeveloping and fostering positive relationships and building rapport with customers\nUtilizing current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkits\nConfigure contracted products and solutions to customer specifications\nProviding technical support to customers throughout the duration of the implementation as required\nConducting platform training sessions in various settings for internal and external customers as required\nEnsure process documentation is developed and maintained\nEnsure department SharePoint site is kept up to date\nAct as liaison to other departments as assigned\nAssist department manager with sales support (i.e., demonstrations of solutions to new and existing customers, customer calls, etc.)\nRFP response support\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nYOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:\nBachelor’s Degree\n3 years in project management managing customer facing projects • 3 years implementation SaaS based products and solutions • Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software\nAbility to effectively manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success\nAbility to work effectively and harmoniously with others towards a common goal or objective utilizing the skills and attitudes necessary to engage, communicate, and cooperate with individuals or groups, fostering an inclusive and productive work environment\nAbility and willingness to take independent action, show proactive behavior, and drive progress without being explicitly instructed or directed\nAbility to effectively implement, integrate, and optimize artificial intelligence technologies within business processes. This competency involves the strategic selection and deployment of AI systems, ensuring they drive operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and continuously improve through optimization techniques.
