In short: shaping FinTech.\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a\n(Senior) Sales Manager (m/f/d)\n(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Oslo - flexible working conditions available\nYour Responsibilities\nLead Strategic Sales Initiatives: Drive high-value sales cycles within the debt purchase and collections space, focusing on large enterprises, financial institutions, and e-commerce companies.\nOwn the Revenue Journey: Take full ownership of the sales process-from pipeline generation and stakeholder engagement to complex contract negotiation and deal closure.\nTarget and Grow Key Accounts: Identify high-potential partners in Norway and across the Nordics. Lead consultative sales approaches that solve real-world receivables challenges.\nBe a Thought Leader: Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, and client forums. Provide market insights and shape go-to-market strategies with product and marketing teams.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other commercial areas, marketing, key account management, legal, risk, and operations teams to design tailored debt acquisition and recovery solutions.\nDrive Innovation: Help influence product development by sharing client feedback and identifying emerging trends in financial recovery and debt management.\nQualifications\nYour Skills\nProven Expertise: 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, debt purchase, collections, or receivables management.\nIndustry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Norwegian and Nordics debt collection regulatory landscape, credit risk, and/or NPL portfolio sales.\nSenior Stakeholder Confidence: Demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives and navigate complex decision-making units.\nStrategic Mindset: Experience with solution selling, challenger sales, or consultative selling methods in high-value transactions.\nTech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Familiarity with financial technology platforms, CRM systems, and data-centric sales approaches.\nLanguage Skills: Full professional proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.\nAdditional Information\nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
