Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Equipment Trainer to lead the development and delivery of equipment operator training programs across our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring employees are trained, certified, and competent in the safe and efficient operation of powered industrial trucks and warehouse equipment.\nThe ideal candidate combines extensive hands-on warehouse equipment experience with exceptional coaching, communication, and leadership skills. This individual will establish training standards, mentor new operators, conduct performance evaluations, maintain compliance documentation, and foster a culture of safety and operational excellence.\nYOUR TASKS\nDeliver classroom and hands-on training for warehouse employees operating powered industrial equipment.\nEvaluate, certify, and recertify operators through written and practical assessments.\nProvide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and refresher training to support safe and efficient equipment operation.\nDevelop and maintain training materials, procedures, and certification programs to meet operational needs.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and warehouse safety standards.\nMonitor operator performance, identify skill gaps, and partner with leadership on employee development plans.\nMaintain accurate training records, certifications, completion tracking, and compliance reporting.\nCollaborate with Operations, Safety, HR, and Quality teams to support onboarding, workforce development, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nServe as the subject matter expert for powered industrial equipment training and warehouse safety best practices.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).\n5-10+ years of warehouse equipment operating experience.\n3-5+ years of equipment training or instructor experience.\nSpanish-English bilingual candidates are strongly preferred\nDemonstrated experience operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling.\nExperience creating and delivering training programs.\nExcellent presentation and communication skills.\nStrong organizational and documentation abilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.\nAbility to coach employees with varying experience levels.\nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%.\nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays.\nFlexible Spending Accounts.\nVoluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nOngoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.\nCommuter benefits.\nEmployee engagement activities. \nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
