Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nLocation: Corby, Northamptonshire\nSalary: up to £31,0000\nContract: Permanent\nWorking Pattern: Monday-Friday 8.30-17.00 - Hybrid working available\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our growing Service Delivery team at our Corby site.\nThis is a client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for managing and resolving day-to-day logistical queries and issues on behalf of our customers. You’ll be the person clients turn to when they need answers - whether that’s finding out where a shipment is, investigating a missing delivery, resolving a ticket or coordinating with our operational teams to get an issue resolved.\nYou’ll need to be organised, analytical and solutions-focused, with the confidence to investigate problems, communicate clearly with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues across the operation.\nNo two days will be exactly the same. You’ll be managing multiple queries and priorities, ensuring our clients receive timely updates and that issues are followed through to resolution.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAct as a key point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day logistics and service queries.\nManage and respond to client queries received through tickets, emails and other communication channels.\nInvestigate shipment and delivery queries, including missing, delayed or incomplete deliveries.\nTrack shipments and work with internal teams and transport partners to establish what has happened.\nCoordinate with warehouse, transport, inventory and operational teams to resolve client issues.\nEnsure tickets and queries are accurately recorded, updated and progressed through to resolution.\nProvide clients with clear, professional and timely updates.\nIdentify recurring issues and highlight trends or potential service improvements.\nEscalate more complex issues appropriately and ensure they receive the required level of attention.\nWork to agreed service levels and prioritise workload according to urgency and client requirements.\nMaintain accurate records and ensure relevant systems are kept up to date.\nSupport the wider Service Delivery team in maintaining strong client relationships and excellent service levels.\nContribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.\nQualifications\nWe’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and helping people, but who is also comfortable working with data, systems and operational teams.\nYou will ideally have experience in a customer service, client services, logistics, transport, supply chain or service delivery environment.\nYou’ll need to be:\n\nHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple queries and priorities.\nA confident communicator, both written and verbal.\nComfortable dealing directly with clients and building positive working relationships.\nNaturally investigative - you’ll want to understand why something has happened rather than simply passing the problem on.\nSolutions-focused and able to take ownership of issues through to resolution.\nComfortable working with tickets, emails, databases and operational systems.\nAble to remain calm and professional when dealing with urgent or challenging situations.\nA strong team player who can build effective relationships across different areas of the operation.\nConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.\nAdditional Information\n25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays with the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days\nPension contribution\nA life assurance policy that pays out 4 x Salary\nEmployee Assistance Programme that provides you with confidential support, information, and advice to help you\nEmployee Discount Scheme through Benefit Hub\nFree Parking\nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
