With a varied range of IT requests and the opportunity to learn on the job, this role offers a solid foundation for your further development.\nYOUR TASKS\nAs a Servicedesk Employee, you are the first point of contact for internal and external users with IT-related questions and issues. You help colleagues find solutions, handle common requests and ensure that more complex issues are referred to the right department or supplier. By working closely with users and IT colleagues, you contribute to reliable IT support across our operations.\nYour responsibilities include:\nActing as the first point of contact for IT-related questions and incidents;\nRegistering and handling requests, resolving approximately 70% of regular IT inquiries and escalating unresolved cases to the appropriate department or supplier;\nProviding on-site support by regularly visiting different departments;\nSetting up and installing end-user hardware and software;\nPerforming minor standard changes and service requests;\nProviding remote support and assisting with Microsoft network support;\nMonitoring the progress of requests and ensuring colleagues receive accessible, friendly and effective support;\nBuilding your knowledge of IT systems, processes and support activities through daily practice and collaboration with colleagues.\nYou will be based in Echt, with occasional visits to our other locations in the Netherlands.\nWHAT DO WE OFFER?\nAt Arvato, you will work in an international and dynamic environment where you can continue to develop your IT knowledge and skills.
