We use systems and data to manage our processes. This is a good role if you want more responsibility, career growth, and an international work environment.\nYOUR TASKS\nAs a Supervisor, you are responsible for leading and optimizing one of our warehouse departments. You ensure daily operational KPIs are achieved while continuously developing your team and driving operational excellence. You report directly to the Warehouse Manager.\nYour responsibilities include:\nLeading, motivating, and developing your operational team;\nMonitoring and steering daily KPIs related to productivity, quality, and planning;\nLeading daily stand-up meetings and coordinating workforce planning with the Workforce Planning team;\nIdentifying and implementing process improvements within a highly automated warehouse environment;\nCoaching team members and supporting their professional development;\nWorking in an international and diverse environment where automation, data, and system-driven operations are at the heart of the business.\nYou will work in a two-shift operation with early and late weekday shifts. In return for working shifts, you will receive an additional shift allowance.\nWHAT DO WE OFFER?\nAt our company, you can continue to grow.
