You make sure daily targets (KPIs) are reached. You also help your team improve and grow. You report to the Warehouse Manager.\nThis is what you need to do:\nLead a team of team leaders and warehouse employees\nCheck daily results and adjust when needed\nLead daily meetings with your team\nWork together with Workforce to plan staff\nImprove processes and support your team\nYou work in a shift schedule with early and late shifts during weekdays. On Saturdays, you work morning shifts. During busy periods, this can also include afternoon shifts. Sundays are free.\nIn addition, there are one or two periods per year when the team works night shifts for a few months. These night shifts are part of the team rotation.
