You ensure that inbound and outbound shipments run smoothly, KPIs and service level agreements are met, and carriers deliver according to plan.\nYou combine operational control with people leadership and stakeholder management. You make decisions on the floor, adjust planning when needed, resolve transport-related issues, and continuously improve transport performance and efficiency.\nYou’ll work in a modern logistics environment, supported by advanced systems such as SAP and transport management tools. Performance, structure, and collaboration are central to how we operate.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs Supervisor Traffic, you coordinate and optimize the transport operations within your department. You are responsible for daily planning, execution, staffing, and operational continuity.\nCoordinating daily outbound transport planning and ensuring KPIs and service levels are achieved;\nLeading daily meetings with your team to review planning, priorities, and staffing needs;\nManaging and coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders;\nMonitoring transport flows and adjusting planning throughout the day when needed;\nResolving escalations such as delays, shipment issues, and other operational challenges;\nMonitoring transport performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and costs;\nCoaching and motivating your team to maintain high performance.\nYou will lead a team of Traffic Employees and report to the Warehouse Manager. Together with Operations, Customer Support, and other internal stakeholders, you ensure smooth end-to-end logistics flows and alignment across departments.\nYou’ll work in a shifted dayshift structure.\nWe’re looking for a results-driven Supervisor who thrives in a dynamic warehouse environment.\nMBO/HBO working and thinking level;\nExperience in transport, traffic, or logistics coordination;\nExperience in a supervisory or coordinating role;\nKnowledge of Excel and ERP/TMS systems, preferably SAP;\nGood command of the English language;\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills;\nFull-time availability and willingness to work shifts.\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU\nExperience matters.
