In this role, you will be able to demonstrate your leadership abilities by overseeing operations in partnership with your supervisor, monitoring and assigning daily work to warehouse associates, tracking transactions created by personnel, and overseeing the area operations.\n2nd shift: Monday - Friday. 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM\nYOUR TASKS\nBe the expert in RF, Conveyor, and WMS systems\nBe knowledgeable of all areas of operations and the links between them\nCoordinate with various ops teams (Control tower, Inventory Control, Transportation, Inbound, Pick/Pack, Shipping, Service Delivery) to ensure daily adherence to performance targets is met\nMonitor area activity and communicate all risks of missed targets to the Supervisors\nCoordinate and prepare recovery plan for at-risk targets with Supervision\nCommunicate exceptions identified by teams to the Account Team (ie. Inbound damage, missing part numbers)\nFollow up on issues as needed\nWork with the local team to identify areas of improvement and report daily efficiency\nMonitor inventory levels of consumables (boxes, packing slips, etc.) Create requisitions in SAP as needed\nOversee personnel in a professional manner\nInvestigate and repair exceptions (Over, Under, Missing, Damages etc)\nAssigns cycle counts as needed\nBe flexible with shift hours as needed \nQualifications\nAt least two years of leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment \nStrong computer skills with experience in Excel, creating worksheets and reviewing/reporting data \nPrevious experience with SAP \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nDriven in Safety and 7s tools\nAdditional Information\nCompany paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefits.\nNon-taxable Long-Term Disability benefits.\nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nOngoing employee development training.\nEmployee engagement activities.\nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
